A FEW CHANGES THAT TAKE EFFECT 1/1/26:

• 1. The drop off early/pick up late is $15 per dog. 

• 2. IF you do not cancel at least 48hrs in advance  during a holiday (New Years, Spring Break, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, OU/TX, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), then you will be charged for the SOLD OUT part of your reservation. We have had several people cancelling last minute without time to reschedule another dog for the long holiday.

• 3. You will be charged Extra Attention ($10/per day) for in-heat dogs, non-neutered dogs if excessively marking indoors, or non-potty-trained dogs. Cleaning up the same dogs kennel every 30min takes away from our time with your dog(s) as well as other dogs.

Just a reminder of pick-up and drop-off hours:

Drop-off with no additional charge is from 4-6pm Mon-Sat and 2-4pm on Sun.
Pick-up with no additional charge is from 9-11am Mon-Sat and 2-4 pm on Sun.

If you add early drop-off or late-pickup to your reservation for $15 per pet, then you will have between 9-11am and 4-6pm Mon-Sat as the open time slots. No early drop off or late pickup on Sun.  

All dogs must be dropped off and picked up by 11am or 6pm.  We continue to care for your dogs but will lock the doors at 11am and 6pm to humans. This will incur be an additional $15 per pet charge for after hours dropoff/pickup. In the event that we are already gone, then you will be responsible for the late pickup fee if after 11am or an extra night charge if after 6pm.

Please help us as we try to balance daycare, playtimes, feedings, tours, and of course loving on your pets. We give direct supervision when dogs are out playing and if we have to come inside to checkin or checkout a dog after normal office hours, it becomes unsafe and unsupervised outside.
